Folderit integrates with productivity, identity management, electronic signature, and automation tools to help you work with your existing systems.

Productivity and document management

  • Microsoft Office 365: Create and edit Office documents directly in Folderit.
  • Microsoft Outlook: Use the Folderit Outlook add-in to save selected emails and attachments to any Folderit folder.
  • DocuSign: Send documents for electronic signature using the DocuSign integration.
  • eID digital signing: Sign documents using supported national electronic identification methods, including ID-card, Smart-ID, and Mobile-ID.

Single sign-on and user provisioning

WordPress plugins

  • Folderit document plugin: Embed lists of downloadable files from your Folderit account on a WordPress website. The plugin is currently in beta. Learn more or download the ZIP file.
  • Folderit e-forms plugin: Host Folderit e-forms on your WordPress website and send submitted data directly to your Folderit account. Download the ZIP file.

Workflow automation platforms

Microsoft Power Automate: use Folderit DMS actions for document search, folders, file transfers, versions, metadata, and configured workflow starts.
