Where to Find Subscription Invoices

Every time you purchase a plan, even if it’s automatic renewal of your subscription, we are sending you an invoice on your email as a proof of purchase. You will also see your full purchase history under ‘My Profile > Invoices’.

To access the purchase history, do this:
  1. Click on your company name in the header
  2. Choose ‘My Profile’ from the dropdown menu
  3. Choose ‘Invoices’ from the left side menu

If you have logged in, you can also use the direct link: https://my.folderit.com/user/invoices/

To change the e-mail address where your subscription invoices are sent, log in with your paying account and go to My Profile > Billing Information or use the direct link https://my.folderit.com/user/edit-billing. Insert the e-mail address you want the invoices to be sent to the field “Invoice e-mail”.
