Editing User’s Profile

The administrator can change only the POSITION of an existing user. If the user’s name changes, they can change it under their own ‘MY PROFILE’ view. If the person’s email/login need to be changed, contact our support.

To change user’s position as an administrator do the following:

  1. Log in as an account administrator
  2. Locate Admin Tools panel on the left side, under the Main Sections
  3. Click on ‘Manage Users’
  4. Click on the settings (gear) icon next to the persons information to open up settings menu
  5. Choose ‘Edit team user’ and make the changes
  6. Click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes
