The ‘Custom’ permission (available in TAILOR plan only) allows for precise control over user or group access to resources. Beyond the standard permissions of Preview, View, Edit, and Upload-Only, this setting enables you to specifically tailor access permissions according to organizational needs.

This allows you full control so you can switch on the exact permissions the user should have, one by one. ‘Custom’ also allows you to choose if the access will be recursive / applying to sub-folders as well, or is only for the folder you are sharing.
