Does Folderit Have On-Premises Solution?

Folderit is primarily a fully hosted cloud-based document management system.

In addition to our standard multi-tenant cloud service, we also offer an enterprise-grade, fully hosted single-tenant white-label instance deployment. This dedicated instance runs separately from other customers and can be fully branded with your (or your client’s) identity – from the login page to email notifications, Folderit’s name and visuals are replaced with your own.

For large enterprise projects we can offer local instance of Folderit software. The system runs on the customer’s own infrastructure as a small cluster of Ubuntu virtual machines, where we deploy the full Folderit application stack (including database and file storage components).
Your IT team manages the underlying compute, storage, network, security controls and backup policies according to your internal standards, while Folderit provides and maintains the application layer. As a rule of thumb, we recommend at least 32 vCPU cores and 128 GB RAM in total across the environment, with the exact sizing adjusted to your user numbers, document volumes and performance requirements.needs.
