Over the past 9 years, Folderit has experienced exponential growth. For the past 3 years, we have nearly doubled our business year-to-year, and this year is on track for the same result. Our reseller network has also expanded, allowing us to extend our reach and serve clients from 58 countries. Our diverse clientele ranges from multi-billion dollar conglomerates to charities and small businesses, including hospitals, banks, and various other industries.

Innovation and Features:

One of the driving forces behind Folderit’s success is our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. We also got crowned as the most user-friendly document management system in the world.   1. What inspired the creation of Folderit, and how has the company’s mission evolved over the years, additionally, how does Folderit differentiate itself from other DMS providers in terms of features and user experience?

Kent Raju: The inspiration behind Folderit was the need for a more user-friendly, intuitive, and affordable DMS that could cater to smaller businesses as well. Many DMS providers kept their pricing hidden, which often discouraged businesses with limited budgets. Over the years, Folderit has evolved by adding more advanced features without compromising on its intuitive user experience. Our mission remains the same, but we now focus on enterprises that desperately need simplicity, user-friendliness, and faster task completion within their organizations.

  1. What has been the biggest challenge that Folderit has faced in the past 9 years, and how did the company overcome it?

Kent Raju: The biggest challenge was maintaining our uniqueness while catering to both small businesses and enterprises with the same level of attention. We wanted to provide a product that offered all the necessary enterprise functions but remained as easy to use as a simpler application. Overcoming this challenge meant saying “no” often enough and staying true to our core values.

  1. Can you share any key milestones or achievements that Folderit has reached since its inception?

Kent Raju: The first million documents stored in our system is still a key milestone for me. Although it took a few years to achieve, the exponential growth that followed has been incredible. In addition to that, we have also established significant partnerships and secured many large clients.

  1. How do you foresee Folderit’s growth and expansion in the coming years, particularly in terms of geographic reach and target industries?

Kent Raju: We currently have customers from 58 countries, and I see us expanding our visibility globally through strategic partnerships and marketing efforts. Our participation in more tenders recently also indicates potential growth in enterprise markets and custom projects.

  1. As the CEO, what is the most rewarding aspect of leading Folderit, and how do you maintain a customer-centric approach?

Kent Raju: Receiving client feedback is the most rewarding aspect of leading Folderit. It shows us that we are on the right track and that our product aligns with our vision. To maintain a customer-centric approach, I often speak with new prospects and existing customers myself, ensuring that I’m in tune with their expectations and experiences.

  1. In what ways has Folderit contributed to environmental sustainability by helping organizations transition to a paperless workflow?

Kent Raju: Environmental sustainability is crucial for us. We strive to maintain sustainable practices in our offices, product development, and infrastructure. The digital office field is inherently about going paperless, which has clear environmental benefits. We educate our customers on how they can reduce paper usage, the advantages of cloud-based solutions, and how to transition to a greener, more sustainable future.

  1. How does Folderit plan to adapt and innovate as new technologies and trends emerge in the document management space?

Kent Raju: We closely monitor new technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for integration into our system. With new technologies, such as AI, we must carefully consider privacy and security aspects as our top priority is protecting our clients’ data. Our commitment to innovation and adaptability ensures that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
